Challenge One – Video #1 – Grow your email faster

 
  1. Create an asset (e.g., a worksheet, checklist, or template) that viewers can download. Within the first 90 seconds of the video, tell them where to get it. Ideally, this asset should help solve the exact problem your video addresses.

  2. Place the tracked sign-up link for the asset at the very top of the video’s description.

  3. Post the tracked sign-up link in the video’s comments, then pin that comment so it’s always at the top.

  4. Ensure both the pinned comment and the description have a compelling call to action (CTA) that drives clicks.
    • Example: Get [INSERT RESULT THEY WANT] – [REVTRACK LINK]
  5. Mention the link early (in the first 90 seconds), again at the midpoint, and once more before the video ends. Having three CTAs makes all the difference.

  6. Check your results a few days later: note the views, link clicks, and email conversions. If you get above 5%(views-to-clicks), you’ve done an amazing job. If you struggled to get clicks or emails learn how to fix it at the bottom of this page,
 

 

Challenge Two – Video #2 – Make more money

  1. Write a soft call to action into your video’s script in the first 90 seconds, mentioning it again in the middle and at the end.
    • A “soft” CTA could be referencing how you helped a client solve the problem featured in your video. You might flash a quick result or testimonial on-screen, then say something like, “Link in the description if you’d like me to do the same for you.”
    • The idea is to reveal you have a product or service without going on a hard sales pitch.

  2. Put the tracked sales page link at the top of the video’s description.

  3. Pin the tracked sales page link in the comments.

  4. Make sure both your pinned comment and description feature a compelling CTA.
    • Example: Get [INSERT RESULT THEY WANT] – [REVTRACK LINK]

  5. Return a 7+ days after posting and check views, link clicks, and conversions. If you got clicks but no sales, scroll to the bottom of this page to learn how to fix it.
 

 

Challenge Three – Video #3

  1. Include a stronger call to action in your video’s script within the first 90 seconds, and repeat it in the middle and at the end.
    • A “stronger” CTA might be: “If you want to solve this problem faster, check out my product/service in the link below.” Keep it under ten seconds, but be direct.

  2. Place the tracked sales page link at the top of the video’s description.

  3. Pin the tracked sales page link in the comments.

  4. Ensure both the pinned comment and description have a compelling CTA.
    • Example: Get [INSERT RESULT THEY WANT] – [REVTRACK LINK]

  5. After a few days, review your views, link clicks, and conversions. If you got clicks but no sales, scroll to the bottom of this page to learn how to fix it.
